Picture the following: a sunny day out and about in nature, and a lovely picnic on the green meadow with our Rossalm hamper … This practical wooden box, called the Kraxe, contains a picnic blanket and all sorts of tasty products. Everything is homemade or sourced from local producers.

Back in the good old days, our grandparents used what we call a “Kraxe” – a rucksack of sorts used to transport produce up on the mountain pastures. We reinterpreted this timeless piece, and our father makes it by hand using local birches and mountain pines.

We care about the environment. Our Kraxe doesn’t contain plastic, nor any unnecessary packaging. We only use reusable containers.

• Pork back Speck, venison salami, 1 smoked sausage*
• 2 different organic cheeses
• 1 leek quiche and 1 free-range eggs per person
• Bread from the Gasser bakery
• 1 sausage salad*, 1 Caprese salad 
• Organic butter, Horseradish apple sauce, Fresh cream spread
• 1 Chocolate-hazelnut cookies and 1 Golden Delicious from the Val Isarco per person
• homemade fruit juice 0.5 l and 0.33 L bottle of South Tyrolean wine (red or white)
• 1 Picnic blanket

*Our vegetarian version doesn’t contain the meat nor the sausage salad. They are replaced with buckwheat bread rolls, 1 cheese salad, and one grain salad.
