From the first night on the Rossalm (BrixenCard Partner) our guests receive the BrixenCard with its large mobility and free time offers. The BrixenCard is the key to free use of public means of transport, the swimming and fun pool Acquarena, the Plose cable car, museums and castles as well as the cultural and hiking programme of the tourist office of Brixen.

Discount for children
Up to 3 years: 80% discount on normal price
Up to 7 years: 60% discount on normal price
Up to 14 years: 40% discount on normal price
Aged 14 years or adults in extra bed: 20% discount on normal price

Important:
The prices for children are valid only if the children stay in the parent’s room with 2 adults

Additional information:

• Our prices are per person, per night in a double room for a stay of four or more nights. Including half board with gourmet half board, breakfast buffet, salad buffet and free use of sauna and whirl-pool. For a stay of less than four nights we charge a supplement 10 Euros per day.
• Pets are accepted on request, we charge 12 Euros per day, not including food. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room.

• For your reservation please make a deposit payment. Arrival day saturday or on request.
• Arrival and departure: Your room is available from 2 pm on the arrival day.
  Please leave your room at departure before 10 am.

A car-free alp

A holiday on the alp means firstly peace & quiet! This also includes a basically car-free “Rossalm” alp. Anyhow, the convenience of driving all the way to the alp is still available. Therefore, we have set up special day times, where you can arrive by car and unload your luggage. We then kindly ask you to bring your car back to the parking lot in Val Croce (about 3 km away), in order to fully enjoy the alp idyll.
During other day times, a complete driving ban applies to motorized vehicles, in order to guarantee you a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Arrival before 10 am or after 5 pm: You can drive up to the “Rossalm” alp, unload or upload you luggage and then park your car in the parking lot in Val Croce (or we can pick you and your luggage up from the parking lot in Val Croce. Please inform us timely before your arrival!)
Arrival between 10 am and 5 pm: Park at the parking lot in Val Croce and enjoy your first excursion to the “Rossalm” alp, admiring the wonderful panorama, and we will pick up your luggage later.

Arrival in winter:
In winter you can reach Val Croce by car (with winter gear); from there we will pick you up with the snowmobile. On weekends the pick-up service is available only starting from 14.00 clock.
